I ______________________ renter, offer and agree to rent from Ted Cason owner of a vacation condominium in Destin, Florida for the period commencing at 3:00 P.M. on ____________ arrival and end at 10:00 A.M. on __________ departure.

I agree to pay rent of $__________ per week or $__________ per day. For a 1 bedroom, 2 bath condominium   plus the tax of 11.5 % .

The following terms and conditions apply :

(1)  A. My deposit of $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollars) will reserve my desired dates. The rent is due 21 days before the rental starts.  At that time, you will receive the keys and directions. 

      B. If this agreement is cancelled 31 days or more before your arrival date your deposit will be returned less a $100.00 processing fee.  If this agreement is cancelled 30 days or less before your arrival date your deposit will be forfeited.

(2)  Pets are not permitted in rental units. ( Sorry, No exceptions will be made.)

(3)  This is a Non-smoking unit.

(4)  No rentals will be made to persons under the age of 25 years of age. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments of rent and deposit, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

(5)  By law maximum number of guest is (5) five.  If maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments.

(6)  My party and I will maintain the property in as good a state as found and agree to replace or pay for any incurred expenses, loss, breakage or damage with part, all, or additional damage deposit to the entire satisfaction of the owner.

(7) Owner will furnish all linens and pay utilities including local telephone calls. Long distance calls may be made with a credit card only.
